By using greenpackecosolutions.com, submitting a service request or placing an order with GreenPack Eco Solutions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

GreenPack Eco Solutions provides customised packaging, printing, branding and related products and services. Product availability, specifications and prices may vary according to the customer's requirements.

3. Requests and Quotations

A request submitted through the website does not automatically create a confirmed order. GreenPack will review the request and may provide a quotation, expected completion date and other relevant information before accepting the order.

4. Pricing

The final price for customised work is the amount communicated and accepted for the specific order. Quotations may depend on quantity, size, design, materials, finishing, printing requirements and other specifications.

5. Payment

Payments made through the website are processed using Paystack. Production may begin after the required payment has been successfully verified and confirmed by GreenPack Eco Solutions.

6. Artwork and Customer Content

By uploading a logo, photograph, artwork, design, trademark or other material, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it for the order. GreenPack may use uploaded material only as reasonably necessary to prepare and fulfil the requested service.

GreenPack reserves the right to decline material that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or reasonably believed to infringe another person's rights.

7. Proofs and Customer Instructions

Where GreenPack provides a proof, sample or specification for approval, the customer is responsible for checking names, spelling, colours, dimensions, quantities and other details before approving production.

8. Production and Completion Dates

Expected completion dates are estimates based on the information available when the order is accepted. Delays may occur because of changes requested by the customer, material availability, payment delays, delivery conditions or events reasonably outside GreenPack's control.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Because many GreenPack products are customised, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on the stage of production and the circumstances of the order. Any specific cancellation or non-refundable conditions applicable to a quotation should be communicated before production. Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Delivery and Collection

Delivery or collection arrangements, charges and timelines may depend on the customer's location and the nature of the order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

11. Order Tracking

Customers may use the order number issued by GreenPack to check the progress of an order. Order-status information is provided for convenience and may be updated as production progresses.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions, maintenance or technical problems may occur.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana.
